Concession Workers
Looking for energetic, customer service oriented person to sell food and beverage items to concession stand customers. Flexible schedule, willing to work days, evening and/or weekends.
Beer Servers
Customer service oriented person to sell and serve alcoholic beverages at a variety of events. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Event Staff
Includes ticket takers, ushers, dodor guards and security positions. Among the duties are reading and counting tickets, seating and assisting patrons, providing patrons and performers with a safe environment, assisting with audience management and security. Applicants must have good people skills. Flexible hours make for a great part-time opportunity.
Change Over and Custodial Crew
Persons in this position perform a variety of physical tasks to change the facility over from each event. Includes, but is not limited to the set up, alignment and striking of portable chairs, tables, platforms, runways, stages, portable flooring and decorating inventory such as drapes and skirting.
Work also includes maintenance and custodial duties as required.
Qualifications: Demonstrated abiltiy to perform various physical tasks, able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to understand both oral and written instructions. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for those with disabilities.
Essential Functions: Physical strength required to set-up and strike equipment and the ability to speak and understand English.
Box Office Staff
To assist customers by selling Ticketmaster tickets or roll tickets. To provide accurate event information to customers in person or on the telephone. To assist customers with will call transactions. Ability to deal tactfully, helpfully and professionally with the public to provide event information and accurately complete ticket transactions. Provide excellent customer service for all patrons and clients of Pershing Center. Must be able to work flexible hours including days, weekends and evenings. A general knowledge of computers, cash handling and customer service is preferred.
