Where is Pershing Center?
We're located at 226 Centennial Mall South in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska at the corner 15th and N Streets. For a more detailed map, check out our Directions section.
How do I find out about events at Pershing?
Call (402) 441-7500 and select the events category from the voice menu. To receive our monthly event schedule, call our office at (402) 441-8744 and give us your email address or register your e-mail address with us on our homepage to receive e-mail event updates and our calendar. Your primary information source for the latest event details is right here on our website, in the Events section. Time Warner Cable channel 10 also lists Pershing Center events. The electronic marquees on the corners of the Pershing propery include the latest event schedules too.
What are your box office hours?
Noon to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Also open through showtime on event days and Saturday and Sunday during events. The box office phone number is (402).441.7766.
Why are concerts sometimes listed on other web sites, but not pershingcenter.com?
Many fan and artist web sites will list tour intineraries. When a concert is confirmed with complete date and ticket information, it is listed at pershingcenter.com when a public announcement through the media has been made.
How can I pay for tickets?
At Pershing, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. You may order tickets by phone with a credit card by calling (402)475-1212. An ATM is located in our lobby.
Where can I buy tickets for Pershing events?
At our box office or any Ticketmaster ticket center, including Younkers at Gateway Mall, UNL City Campus Union and five Lincoln Russ's Markets stores. You can also purchase tickets online at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be charged by telephone by calling 402.475.1212. Tickets are subject to convenience charges.
Someone in my family is in a wheelchair. Is there a place for them to sit?
Yes, there is a section designated for people with special needs. Please call our box office at (402)441.7766 at least two weeks in advance if someone in your party requires special needs.
How are will call tickets handled?
Patrons may pick up their tickets at will call beginning 90 minutes before an event. Photo identification and your Ticketmaster confirmation number are needed to pick up tickets. Tickets are issued only to the person whose name is on the account.
Where do I park when I attend an event?
Parking is available at seven covered commercial lots, all within four blocks of Pershing. On street parking is also available. For more information check out the Directions and Parking section of our site.
May I bring food to an event at Pershing?
A variety of food and drinks are sold at Pershing, so outside food and drinks are not allowed in the facility.
I've never been to Pershing. When I get there can someone show me where my seat is?
Yes, our event staff is trained to make your visit safe and enjoyable. They are easy to find because they are located at all arena entrances and are wearing red jackets. Don't hesitate to ask them for assistance whenever necessary.
How do I know I'm getting the best seats when I purchase tickets?
The Ticketmaster computer system selects the best available seats within the price range you choose to purchase tickets.
What time do doors open for an event?
For concerts, sports and family entertainment, doors generally open one hour before the start of the event. For other events doors open at the designated starting time.
Can I bring my camera to concerts?
Camera policies can vary according to each concert. We will try to state the policy that pertains to each concert on our web site. Feel free to call ahead of time to ask about it. Audio and video recording equipment is not allowed.
